 YOGA DANCE
Yoga Dance (previously known as Kripalu DanceKinetics) is a whole person workout, promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being through an uplifting synthesis of fun frolicking fitness meets grounding calming rejuvenation; it is a practice to help you thrive!  Based in the yogic tradition, Yoga Dance feels like dance (not yoga postures), yet carries with it the similar benefits as a yoga-posture based practice.  Grounded in a philosophy that embraces and celebrates all ways of moving and all bodies, Yoga Dance is meant for all, regardless of your previous experience with dance or yoga. 

If you are like most people you are wondering, "What in the world is Yoga Dance?" What it is not is fast paced yoga postures! You don't need any yoga experience to do it. If you are curious to learn more read the descriptions under the "Yoga Dance" tab. For a richer sense of it see the links below. Or better yet, come try it! See my schedule section for a class near you. Or invite me to teach a series or workshop in your community or at a special event.
