Workshops and Yoga Dance

UPLIFT YOGA DANCE 
6 week Series
 Uplift Yoga Dance will be back in the fall! A time to turn slightly more inwards and re-nourish,  remembering and realigning with our beautiful creative playful selves after the busyness of summer. Through dance! 

Details:
6 weeks of lunch-hour awesomeness  for WOMEN through Yoga Dance   
at Contemporary Dance and Fitness Studio ( 18 Langdon St., Montpelier)
Tuesdays ( look for specific dates by the end of August)
12:05pm-12:55pm ( time to get from and back to work!)
Cost for series is $72 
( after there are at least 6 people signed up I will offer drop-ins for $15 per class)


   More movement, less talk. That's how this 6 week series will go. I'll spend less time focused on themes and intro talks, more time guiding movement of all wonderful types, so we can maximize our time during the lunch hour to celebrate being in our bodies . (No worries, if you want the deep juicy themed Yoga Dance, look for the fall and winter workshops, to be announced eventually...)

 I ask for commitment to the whole series. If I get enough I may open it up to drop-ins. But it won't run without at least 6 people enrolled. (This encourages your commitment to caring for yourself, as well as making it sustainable for me to teach it).
